Today's muscle and strength movement is driven by hard working women! Women want strong AF glutes, with plenty of muscle and great shape shape that commands respect and shows the hard work they put into the weight room. An upper body to rival that of a strong Greek Goddess never hurt too!

That's what "Superwoman" is all about! Looking like a strong superhero, moving weights around like a superhero and feeling like one that demands respect and admiration outside of the gym too

A women-driven and focused hypertrophy training group that spotlights the areas where women want to maximize their effort and development in. And the foundation for this is laid out by great exercise selection, correct biomechanics, 100% effort - ALL put together with a focus on proven principles for muscle growth.

No gimmicks and novel made up exercises that are done for "the internet", or to look cool, and nothing that is outright dangerous or nonsensical. We make sure we are going into each week feeling fresher and stronger than the last!

Is it really direct programming?
100% yes! I'm putting my mind and effort behind you, every exercise, set and rep is prescribed by me. I'll be on the message boards asking and responding to questions too, and listening and engaging in comments made by you along the way
When should I join
Ideally, you're joining in the beginning of a new cycle, and cycles will start every 8-12 weeks. For only $31 a month I would recommend that you jump in today so you can be part of the community even a couple of weeks before we refresh our new cycle. Starting now is better than never starting at all
Who is this training for?
Anyone! While having more experience prior or knowledge always helps, that doesn't mean if you're starting from scratch or simply getting back into it after a long break this is going to be impossible. This style of smart programming and understanding will help anyone whatever your level
